Made from whole-bunch pressed grapes produced exclusively on La Motte, this Chardonnay bears testimony to the Franschhoek Valley's terroir being exceptionally suited to this variety. Fermented and matured in French oak barrels, the wine is full-bodied and fruity with subtle wood flavours and an elegant character.
