50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbek & 5% Petit Verdot. Perceived as the Grand Vin’s younger brother, this wine is really the product of a different wine-making philosophy. More fruit and more tamed and elegant tannins, it is a hearty wine. Aged 16 months in French Oak Barrels, it has a full body and deep purple color, followed by rich black fruit, cherry and plum and a long finish, with notes of wild berry, spices, herbs and sweet cedar. Food pairing: Medium flavoured veal or chicken dishes.
