While our delicious free from lactose low fat smooth strawberry flavoured yoghurt is made using milk from Ayrshire cows, the lactose is broken down into glucose and galactose, giving it its slightly sweet taste. While no preservatives have been added to this yoghurt, we have added live Bifidobacterium cultures. These cultures, as a regular part of a balanced diet, contribute to a balanced digestive system.
