Our Sun-Dried Mango Chilli Balsamic Reduction is a blend of aged balsamic & grape vinegar gently infused with sun-dried mangos & piquant chilli peppers. Use as a dressing or as a marinade with red meats, pork, game, dark fish (tuna, swordfish) and duck. Drizzle over cooked meats, on salads, steamed and roasted vegetables, or use as a dipping sauce with olive oil. May also be used on ice cream and with fresh cut fruit.
