Adults and children 12 years and older: Dissolve 1¼ level teaspoons of the powder in a half glass of water. Allow to effervesce before consuming. Use once a day or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Each 2.5 g (1¼ teaspoon) contains:

• Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 1000 mg
• Calcium Carbonate 125 mg
    providing elemental Calcium 50 mg
