Quality merlot grapes treated very reductively in the cellar and fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks. Kept on the yeast lees for its healthy anti-oxidative properties and away from the micro- oxidative process of barrels. High quality toasted wooden staves adds tannin and structure which complements the sweet berry and dark chocolate notes of the merlot. No sulphur was added during the production process.
