This wine pays tribute to Spier's architectural legacy, of an unrivalled 21 unique, Cape Dutch gables - all beautifully preserved. Produced from vineyards unusually close to the ocean, this Pinotage has a distinctive style. Flavours of caramelised black cherries, blackberries, allspice and chocolate lead to a generous palate, with smooth and velvety tannins.
