The collaboration between Klein Constantia and Pascal Jolivet, has brought an unconventional sauvignon blanc to life. This is a wine made in a unique way, in order to achieve true expression of the terroir with a natural and minimalistic approach to winemaking. Intricate flavours, fresh acidity and a complexity that is rare for Sauvignon Blanc reflect in the resulting wine. The merging of our two national flowers, the French Iris and the South African protea on the front label, epitomises the alliance between Klein Constantia and the Pascal Jolivet approach, capturing the essence of true sauvignon blanc.
