Hand-folded, steamed bao buns, filled with soya textured pieces coated with a sweet and sticky hoisin sauce. Bao buns, pronounced "bow", are also known as 'steamed buns' or 'baozi'. They are delicious, warm, fluffy treats filled with aromatic stuffings wrapped inside a sweet, white dough, steamed and enjoyed as is or with a dipping sauce.
