Rocket is a simply astounding crop, and essential for any gourmet cook. Although considered a modern discovery to healthy eating, it has in fact been known as a nutrient dense, tasty leaf crop for at least the last 300 years. Its peppery flavour lends itself well to spice up dishes like pasta and stir-fries. It really does exciting things to fish and pizza too.
