Just add water, milk or coconut milk to our 'Mash Made Easy' Original Mash. Our instant mash potato is made from varieties of yellow pulp potatoes. The potatoes are washed, peeled and cooked to preserve the flavour. They are then dried and ground to a fine, smooth powder.   No artificial colourants or milk solids added.
