Our Sea Salted potato crisps are made of thin slices of locally grown potatoes we bake to lock in flavour and then flash fry in small quantities for a crisp crunch. The result is a potato crisp with at least 30% less fat compared to our Woolworths Hand Cooked Sea Salt Crisps. The texture is slightly dry compared to a normal crisp due to the reduced fat content and the process used to make the product.
